LOT Polish Airlines (Polskie Linie Lotnicze)
1963 Domestic Routes

(image copyright Bjorn Larsson, www.timetableimages.com)

Based in Warsaw, LOT was established in 1929, making it one of the world's oldest airlines still in operation.

Prior to World War II, LOT used Fokker VII, Junkers Ju 52/3m, Douglas DC-2 and Lockheed aircraft.  After World War II, LOT used predominantly Soviet aircraft until recent times.

In case you were wondering what brought on this trip behind the late "Iron Curtain", the 2012 European Football Championships were held in Poland and Ukraine.

The
following domestic routes served by LOT were taken from a 1963 timetable from www.timetableimages.com.
