Evans, CL35 - CL35, 30.3, 948.91, Claser/Dirks DG-202, fair weather  After the tuff GAAR 2009 schedule needed a little sun and silence , had to reinstall the CCS 2004 program as I had computer problem and had to reload everything. but towed to 2000 and released , then used the tab+w and the marque said a thermal .5 miles away so turned to the heading, some sink then started climbing.cicled in until topped out at 8000.turned to the next wich was small and weak so headed to field knowing that the program was working fine, entered down wind , lowered gear an flaps,trimmed turned for final raised the spoilers. and touched down like a butterfly with sore feet.

Evans, PASX - PASW, 70.85, 947.4, Dhc-3 otter pzl, real weather,updated first TMC leg#3  this was suppose to be a short flight according to the briefing, but Alaska decided diffrently, just got to the mountians and the snow storm hit, was not going to snake through valleys with vis less than quarter mile, so plot a course around the hills and follow the river,cieling now down to 1000ft and FOG + snow drop flaps and slow fly down to 400Ft agl before i see the river and trees, finaly a approch light ,a red dot, moves below the right wing tip, a hard right and i see the becon.After three attempts finally find and land on the RW.

Evans, YPDN - YOEN, 46.56, 856.78, NA B-25 Mitchel, GAAR Leg#1 Third off the flight line and loaded the bombbay with two diesel powered generators and auxilary drop tank filled with 350 gallons of diesel fuel for them,put a string on my finger and some duct tape(fix anything) over the tank selector so I,ll have to think before switching tanks. If Dollitle could get a B-25 off the deck of the Hornet,I should get of the airports here, my ground personale ride in this bird,that i will usally fly last giving them time to sober up and work on the planes waiting at the next airfield!
