Position your aircraft
at Nelson, New Zealand NZNS. Set weather
to all clear and adjust your fuel and payload so that your aircraft will be as
close to Maximum Gross Weight as possible, without exceeding the Maximum
Landing Weight at
Take off on
Runway 2 and commence climb to 7,000’.
At 1,000’ turn left to 250O and continue climb.
At 7,000’ turn
left to 160O and intercept 70O radial of WN VOR and AY
NDB. Get your aircraft trimmed and
adjust your power settings for cruise.
Start your timer when passing over AY NDB
Record your
elapsed time when passing over Wellington Intl. (VOR WN) Submit this time (in minutes) on your
application for the GAAR 2006. GAAR 2006 Application
Turn to 82O
direct to NDB FY 226.0 and begin descent to 3,000’. Set VOR1 to 109.9 Over FY NDB turn to 225O until
intercepting ILS 34 109.9 (anticipate your turn to 341O)
