DC-3 Florida Airlines repaint by Allan Lowson

Special request by Bill Odell who was a Florida Airlines Captain.
Unfortunately, Bill never got a chance to install this texture as his last reported
flight to Bluegrass was on the same day the texture was emailed to him.

Bill's favorite passenger on his flights from Fort Meyers to Miami and the Bahama's was actor Red Skelton. Bill said Mr Skelton would often delay the flights departure by his talking to all of the other passengers while boarding.

Paste the following into the aircraft.cfg for the default DC-3 after all the others but before the [General] section. Change the X to the next higher number from the previous paint.

description="The Douglas DC-3 revolutionized air transportation and airline service during the 1930s and 1940s. It was a luxury airliner that boasted cabin heat and running water in its on-board lavatory. With the right balance of efficiency, range, speed, and payload, the DC-3 was the first aircraft to earn a profit for its owners just by carrying passengers. The hero of early airlines, a handful of DC-3s are still at work today."

Unzip all of the files into the Douglas DC-3 folder.
