To add the airline name "Bluegrass" to the FS9 ATC system you need to EditVoicepack31 from
http://www.xs4all.nl/~larsm/FlightSimulator/EditVoicepack/EditVoicepack31.zip

The website for www.editvoicepack.com seems to be down, but I got that link from the google cache of the web-site on December 20, 2006

The FS9 version is not supported any longer, so use the link above to get it before it is removed.
The developer has decided to abandon FS9 and concentrate on FSX.

Unfortunately the automatic update feature with EditVoicePack appears to have been discontinued so it is necessary to manually import these files.

INSTALLATION:
Unzip the files to a temporary folder.
Start EditVoicePack, go to the File menu and select Import... Allow the crippling of the system to time-out, then click on OK.
Select the files you wish to import. [CTRL-A to select allorhold the CRTL key down and select the ones you want].
Click the Open button, and they will be imported into EditVoicePack
Select Update Voicepack from the File Menu or press Ctrl-U [I also strongly suggest ticking the Accelerate voicepack box makes ATC sound like real people instead of zombies].
Select Save from the File Menu or press Ctrl-S
Exit EditVoicePack.

Add or change the following lines in your aircraft.cfg file

atc_airline=BLUEGRASS

atc_flight_number=1 //use your own Flight number

atc_parking_types=RAMP

atc_parking_code=BGA

Thanks to Trev Palmer gaar042 for creating the "Bluegrass" ATC airline name.
