Thanks to Lee Holmes for making the deHavilland Express available.

Two minor changes have been made.

I added the twin ADF Tuner and NDB gauge by John Bell.

I added the Beech Baron Elevator Trim.

I added the [Radios] section to the aircraft.cfg file.

Thanks to John Bell for permission to use his gauge.

Flying tips.

In my test flights, I found that getting trimmed out level at 2,500'
with a power setting of 2250 rpm worked well for cruise.

For approach I used 1500 rpm with enough up trim to keep the speed
down around 100 mph.  Then flaps out to reduce speed on touchdown
to about 70 mph.
