Four Explorers

We have just gotten a radio call from some miners on a lake just north of here. Seems there are four explorers who have been paddling and portaging their 2 canoes from Umiat through Anaktuvak Pass on the way to Bettles. They where attacked by a bear and one of them is very seriously mauled. Get over to the Lake and take the Otter with floats, a nurse from the village and a Ranger will go with you.

Take a heading of 331 out of the Vor and the lake will be approximately 15 minutes out. They will be on the north end of the lake. See if you can get all their equipment on board, lash the canoes to the landing gear struts.

Head out to Tanana, landing on the river alongside the airport and they will be waiting for you. Get going and good luck.
